WALL FANS
Our typical metal building wall exhaust fans feature heavy galvanized steel and “x-wing” automatic belt tensioning systems.Available from stock, these fans come in 36“ diameter propeller (40” x 40” frame) and 48” diameter propeller (52” x 52” frame) models.
Construction: Our wall fans feature heavy gauge galvanized steel frames, with motor and drive mounted in a pre-assembled wall housing for easy installation in any existing wall opening. Wall shutters feature extruded aluminum mill finish blades and a durable powder coated steel frame that mounts to the fan’s housing.
Design: Our wall fans feature an exclusive “X-Wing” automatic belt tensioning system, incorporating motor and bearing mounts, that extends motor life and eliminates the need for belt adjusting. Shutter automatically opens when fan is switched on and closes when air flow stops.
Motor Options: Single or 3 phase motors from 1/2 to 5 hp are available options, with totally enclosed and explosion-proof motors available when specified.
Accessories: Optional accessories include a fan guard (required if fan is mounted within 7’ AFF), a motorized shutter (supply fan only) and a weather hood (shipped knocked down)
