No matter the structure, you’re going to need a way to get to the roof. Our roof hatches are attractive, affordable and constructed using the finest craftmanship and materials. Our hatches work great in conjunction with our METALWALK® rooftop walkway system, as well as our number of OSHA compliant ladders. These products come in a large variety of sizes and shapes, and work great with our roof curbs to form a single, seamless way to get your employees quickly and safely to your rooftop. Our hatches come in either steel or aluminum, based on the construction of your metal building and your individual needs.

Product Features: Our hatches are engineered with compression spring operators to provide smooth, easy one-hand operation. An automatic hold-open arm locks the cover in the open position to ensure safety. All hatches feature overlapping cover design, and fully welded corners on cover and curb. EPDM rubber gaskets and fully insulated cover & curb ensure weather-tightness & energy efficiency. These hatches are constructed with corrosion resistant materials to provide many years of trouble free, dependable service. Heavy gauge construction and positive latching mechanism are used to maintain building security. The hatches are available in many sizes and curb configurations to satisfy any requirement or installation. Options included steel or aluminum construction, and single or double door exit door designs. Ladder up post and perimeter safety railing systems are available as well.
